The Sys and Language folders are missing. They are probably in the Dolphin-x64-Folder, so why you don't just move the files?

Good news i removed the language and sys folders and put them in my dolphin folder and it loads but when i try loading my roms it says that all of them are not iso files even though they are ?

I don't think this happens unless the ISOs actually are invalid. How were they dumped?

Dumping means copying a physical disc to an ISO file (or another type of file).
