Dolphin won't open games on nvidia shield

Dolphin 4.0-5785

The emulator does not save anything i set the settings too

Nor does it open the game folder to browse games or open any games.

What version of the Nvidia Shield?
Dolphin is not optimized for mobile devices (smartphones, tablets and the like), and using them with the emulator is suggested only for devs and/or testers. Don't expect to be able to play Wii or Gamecube games on any tablet. The latest Shield uses an Nvidia Tegra quad-core mobile processor and has 2GB of memory. Nvidia processors with their ARM chipset is incapable of emulating GC/Wii ATM. Mobile devices will likely be able to use Dolphin in the next few years.

Android 5.1 ota 2.2.1

Well, the previous version of dolphin i used did atleast find games in the folders, the one i mentioned doesn't add any games to the list even if it sees the game files.

Well, the dolphin version that i know worked played wind waker with 13 fps maxed out (the cpu is too weak to go higher than 13 fps on both lowest and highest)
