Howdy, my friend is having an issue where Dolphin on Android won't load past the Wiimote screen.

What phone does your friend have?
Im not sure but maybe its a problem with the ISO?
Try to delete the ISO and then install it again.
If this wont fix it, try to uninstall dolphin and install it again.
