I had dolphin running on my old computer, but when I built my new computer and tried to run dolphin on it, dolphin would just pop up for a brief moment and then crash. I've tried installing various different versions and the same thing keeps happening with every version. I have no idea why this is.

I have a similar setup as you have (although 2x8 Corsair and a 2080ti Tongue ) and I have no problems running games. Did you do a clean installation of Windows on your computer or did you move over the Harddrive? If so you might want to rename the "Dolphin Emulator" folder in "Documents" to reset Dolphin to its default settings, just so you can test if there is a configuration issue in Dolphin or if something else is wrong.
Check my profile for up to date specs.

Do you get an error message or does it just stop responding or what "exactly" happens?

I launch dolphin and for a split second the menu pops up but right after it just closes and doesn't give me an error. It happens with every version 5.0 or later.

Copy your saves (GC memory card files and GCIs, and all the Wii save folders) to some place, then delete the Dolphin Emulator folder.

After you do that, open Dolphin again.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

I've tried deleting the dolphin emulator folder but when I do nothing changes. Still just opens and then closes right after.
