Dolphin won't hide taskbar in fullscreen?

When I enter fullscreen mode in Dolphin it doesn't hide the taskbar. I can use Windows options to hide it but I can still see it peeking through at the bottom edge of the screen and I find it distracting. I haven't had this problem before until now. I'm using Dolphin 5.0 in Windows 10.
