When i use both my Wii remote plus and Wii motion plus Dolphin will not detect either but on a real Wii it works. What's going on?

Can you give us a little more information? What settings are you using? On the default (emulated bluetooth) settings, Wiimotion+ detection is weird, and the way to "trick" it into working is to plug in a nunchuck and then unplug it. If you use Bluetooth passthrough, you won't run into those issues as it directly gives Dolphin control of a bluetooth adapter.
