Dolphin won't assign key bindings properly to right stick

I bought a Gulikit king Kong pro 2

When I go to assign the c stick to the right stick it only assigns axis 11+ or 14+ from the right stick.

Played COD mobile the right stick works fine

The left stick assigns to the C stick as well

I'm on an s21 ultra. Pls help I just wanna relive muh child hood
