Dolphin with Watchdog and Unlimited JitCache??

Now I have my Dolphin Builds with Unlimited Jit Cache and Wathdog!!

But how can I know if the Ulimited Jit Cache is working?? I know that now I have the option to active/deactivate but...
What is the difference to play with/without Unlimited Jit Cache??
