Previous versions of Dolphin work, and the joypad config is showing keypresses, but in game (with windwaker at least) it does not respond to any buttons from xinput.

Go to config, gamecube and select standard controller for port 1. Post your system specs in your signature for future reference.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1 CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked) GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1) RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333 10-27-2011, 08:01 PM
just an update, the controller is a Logitech F510, basically in the same shape as a dualshock - i found a switch on the back that enabled it as dinput as opposed to xinput. convenient.
after switching that, calibrating it and reconfiguring the gcpad settings it worked in these later builds. 10-28-2011, 01:06 PM
Actually I have this problem but I have A ps3 controller.
--And not only it not working on that build but any of the new builds do not soo my keyboard or mouse. So in other words, im stuck on version 3.0 (the installer one)
