Dolphin will not detect Xbox One Controller

The title speaks for itself. I have tried connecting my controller via usb to my pc and dolphin will not detect it. I have tested to see if my pc detects it in which it does when using this website, http://html5gamepad.com/ . I recently upgraded my cpu, mb, and ram, so I had to perform a fresh install of windows 10 pro on my pc.

Is there a fix to this?
