I can't find it on controllers.

There´s no Start button on the Wiimote, but there is the Home button that makes more or less the same function.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Yeah but today i wanted to play "Zelda - The Wind Waker".

When the game loads it says "press Start button to start" but i tried every button and no one works.

How can i start this game?

You need to configure the GC Pad buttons then (map the GC buttons to the keyboard keys you want to use).

I'm pretty sure there is a way to use the wand instead of a keyboard and also you could mix them up. Though really, get a controller? You will want the analogs...
