Dolphin versions above 4.02 won't open?

When I go to run the application it just does the loading wheel then just nothing happens, but as stated older versions run fine. I just really want the GC Adapter feature but it wont start.

AHA! Ok! So i read your fourm! It appears it stopped opening for both of us after fiddiling with gamecube controllers... correct?

Well I turned my thing from wii u to pc and dolphin opened! Now to figure what happened wrong.
