But honestly, we don't need another stable release. The current revisions are MUCH, MUCH better than 2.0, maybe when we get to 10k we can release a 3.0 but it was a loooooong time before we got from 1.0 to 2.0..

Well, it's just a matter of summing up all the changes that have been done since the last release and showing them to the world. It's not necessary but certain goals are always associated with it.
