I'm having a problem with Dolphin, you see before I installed the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app, Dolphin was runnning at 100% for all my games. I have a really great gaming laptop so it should run perfectly. When I installed the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app I tried to play Madden 08 which used to run at 100% but now it only runs at 50%, I tried it out for all my games and the same issue still applies. I don't know if its a problem with the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app or some settings changed but now all my games are running at half speed. I've uninstalled the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app and my games still run at half speed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Dolphin, still didn't work I'm out of options by this point and I really want to play my games at full speed. If anyone could help me that would be appreciated!

Are you playing with the laptop plugged in to power?

If you are and it still doesn't work, please check if disabling vsync makes any difference.

Wow, it actually works now. I just had to plug in my laptop and restart it! Thank you so much!

Sounds like Nvidia's Battery Boost "feature" where it limits your games to 30 FPS when on battery. To turn it off, open the Geforce Experience program, go to Settings, and turn off Battery Boost (it's either under General or Games)
