I'm using Dolphin v4.0.9219 (work fine) but when I enable "vJoy v2.1.6.20" >>> Dolphin stop working (Every time I start Dolphin it start then close immediately).

See the attached file.

What exactly you're trying to achieve? You probably don't need vJoy...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)

AFAIK vJoy is only intended to forward raw input from your actual controller to an emulated Joystick. This is what Jhonn implied before unneccesary as Dolphin is able to accept input from (almost) all controllers.
