Dolphin trolls me hard

I reinstalled this goddamn Dolphin Emulator 4 times now.

After using Dolphin 3.0 like 5-20 times it simply doesnt work anymore in the most cases after a crash i guess , i open it and in the upper left corner is a small window for 1second and then disappears ... reboot doesnt fix this problem .... i dont know what this shit is

Could you be a bit more precise with your explanation? exactly what happens after opening it?
Does dolphin.exe appear in the task manager?
Also try a different version

In Dolphin.ini (User/Config) change MainWindowPosX (Thanks Defender) to 0. It probably is at -32000.
