I suppose the first links will remain updated in relation to the updates of the attachment rights? I suppose updating them doesn't change the link... That will make the job for the devs easier.

Then I would be more comfortable on updating the file from my Google Site. It supports older revisions of the files, so in case I just need to roll back, I'd do it just because I can®.

Often old post is appeared even though i did edit it.
Is that concerning about GMT ?
Or this post's editing has some problem in refreshing?

Quick edit and full edit has different post if edit one of them.
And sometimes old post appear again.
What is wrong?

Wait, you are saying that when you update your post it doesnt update the link on the first post?
