Can I ask an explanation about the string "Peak complete turns per second."? What kind of movement does it describe?

Edit Reason: translated more strings
)
as you may have noticed, the spanish not translated strings went down to at least 24.
most of these strings were translated by other users and were modified/corrected by me i wanted to finish the spanish strings so a better version of the spanish dolphin could be made 04-29-2020, 07:55 AM
I have applied to join Norwegian on Transifex. Do i need to do anything else?

I'm unsure if this is the appropriate place to request a translation change for a specific language, but...
In the Swedish translation, the 'Emulation > Reset' option became; 'Emulering > Återställ' when 'Emulering > Starta om' would be more accurate and way less confusing. Here's hoping some swedish dolphin translator is willing to remedy this slight oversight for the future versions. 11-20-2020, 05:41 PM

What the virtual notches feature does is to snap your input to one of those notches if your input is close enough. Dolphin lets you configure the size of the virtual notches (i.e. how close the input has to be in order for it to snap to the notch). https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9203 11-23-2020, 07:10 AM
