Dolphin translation/help community open

It was what I was thinking about, then we could make a GUI to make it simple to change the stringtables, like a "Dolphin Translator"...

BTW, I'm translating the help files, and I noticed that some of the pages are hard to find, I'm allowed to do a simple summary page with all the help file sections and place a link to it on the Welcome Page? I can do this in english as well and paste on the original ones if you want, but am I allowed to do this, or I must not modify the files, just translate?

I cant upload some files, due to I am a bit busy (classes are coming (April)). But the spanish section is almost complete .
