Hi guys!
So I've been able to use Steam and ICE Extender to add some Dolphin shortcuts directly into steam. This has allowed me the ability to have Dolphin running on my Linux Server 14.04 which has an Nvidia GT 8800 - and stream game play to my Mac Mini (2010 Model) which has a puny 200mb Graphics card.
So far the experience has been pretty sweet, because I have a dualshock 4 connected bluetooth through the mac - and was able to map every control for the controller config on the linux machine through steam in home streaming of dolphin. My only problem is that it seems to have a screen flickering issue.
When I go to graphics > hacks > and uncheck Disable XFB - the playback through the streaming does not have the flickering anymore - but it plays much slower. Im not sure if anyone has experienced the issue - but probably not a common thing to be trying the type of setup I am.
When I experience the screen flickering on the client machine (mac), i walked over to observe the linux machine and the screen is not flickering at all - smooth playback.
Anyone have a suggestion to try?
