OK.
ATHLON PHENOM X2, GIGABYTE UD3FX990, 16GB RAM, ATI RADEON HD5670, WINDOWS 8.1 (FRESH INSTALLED).
Every single game I start opens the black window and then after 40-50 seconds it stars.
