Remember to make sure that Any version of the Emulator you have to Disable "Copy to Ram' and Enable copy to Texture .will boost ur fps by 50%
I on the other hand have seen a 100% increase in frames. This new built is fantastic my laptop runs new super mario wii at 60 fps at 1920x1200 (core duo 2.6 with 7950) previously was getting 25 fps (WITH REGULAR 4631 was 25 fps with new build from here its about same speed as old 4617 but with all the bell and whistles!).
