OK

Operating system -- windows vista home premium with sp2

processor -- intel pentium dual-core processor t3200 1MB L2 Cache, 2GHz,667 MHz FSB

Memory -- 3 GB DDR2

Video -- intel graphics Media Accelerator X3100 with up to 384 MB of Dynamic video Memory

Hard Drive -- 250 GB

Optical Drive -- Dvd + - RW Super multi drive with Dual-layer capability with Lableflash Technology

this is all the stuff you asked and more

your processor... MIGHT be ok but that doesnt matter because your graphics "card" sucks... you will have to use the directx plugin which sucks, even on powerful computers the directx plugin gives terrible speed because it hasnt been worked on forever, stick with your wii/gc for playing

My processor is ok and will work just fine

you know this how? have you tested it in dolphin? and i told you it will run EXTREMELY slow, your processor is on the very low side, couple both of those together and you wont get more than 1/5 speed

ok i will get a new computer but if dolphin will run slow other gamecube emulaters will run slow too but if my video card is a sh##

your best bet is to get a desktop, desktops can be overclocked easily and have much better hardware for the price, the most important thing is the cpu, anything over a core 2 duo e8400 should a lot of games fullspeed, especialy with overclocking. gpu is the second important, you need to have at least around a 6000 series geforce or equal ati card.. the minimum is opengl 2.0 but 2.1 is better. i would suggest something around the 9800gtx range if you arent planning on spending TOO much money. memory is not that big of a deal, you can get 4gb of corsair ddr2 for about 50 dollars so just get something like that. refer to rene's pc buying guide in the general discussion section if you need anything else
