Dolphin SVN issue

well I'm having trouble opening up dolphin svn Ive downloaded it in a specific folder but when i click on it i always get an error report not only svn every single one i download i get a error report is it my computer or is something else i need to know .the only one that worked was the 1.03 beta but i don't even use that one because nothing works in it
