What happens if you disable cheats?
Did anything change in your computer.

Check CPU temp and clock speed with coretemp , make sure the CPU does not throttle down while playing game

Your gpu should be able to handle scaled efb copies. This should give the visual quality a big boost in most games.

For better performance, set the texture cache accuracy to fast, disable xfb, disable bounding box and use fast depth. These settings are automatically overridden on a per game basis, when required.

Otherwise, if it used to work fine, but now it doesn't, find out what changed. Did you install a gpu driver update? Is your cpu or gpu overheating? Make sure your gpu is set to high performance mode in the nvidia tools.

it was probably cause you had skip EFB access from cpu ticked and external frame buffer on virtual when it should be disabled for 96% of games

Both shouldn't have (any?) such a large performance impact. In fact, the former probably improves performance at the expense of accuracy.
