Hello,

I've got a problem I wasn't able to find on this forum or anywhere else.
I can connect wiimote to Windows 7, it recognizes it as Nintendo RVL-CNT-01.
I can pair it up with Dolphin (which results in vibrating wiimote when connecting).
But when I start game it just says "Connecting.." at the botom of emulator's main windows -- and i won't connect even after a long time.
I've tried Dolphin 3.0, 7695 and 6515; all of them have the same problem with Wiimote [and I've tried multiple games too]. Everything's 64bit and i'm using some bluetooth dongle with microsoft's drivers.

What can I do to make it work?

EDIT:
The interesting thing is -- if I try to "pair up" directly via dolphin, it adds wiimote to devices in PC, but with warning icon and says it can't install the drivers. And if I try to add it "manually" (with dolphin started up), i get the same warning icon.
Could it be that dolphin doesn't like my bluetooth dongle/wiimote?

EDIT 2:
Ok, I've tried Smoothboard and it works ok in it... so probably this is dolphin issue? And WiinMote recognizes it too, without any problems.

I know that the Wiimote works in revision 6515, so it's not a Dolphin problem. And if you have an official Wiimote then that's not the problem either. The problem is most likely the fact that the neccesary drivers aren't installed when you try to connect it to Dolphin.

Your saying that the device appears with a warining icon, troubleshoot the device or find out why the drivers won't install. You can't fix the problem unless you know what causes it.

After install latest WIDCOMM drivers I can get it to work for few seconds until it disconnects.

The game I'll be speaking about is Zelda: TP and revision 6515. Now I can pair up the remote directly in Dolphin and it pairs and controller vibrates.
Game starts, I click trough the warning about having it on my wrists correctly and then Link on Epona starts running and I push A + B. This goes trough, remote controll vibrates. And screen after that about creating memory card & stuff doesn't react on wiimote IR/motion/wiimote dpad/nunchuk stick and screen pops up with error that wiimote has been disconnected... hitting A like crazy doesn't help.

Strange, there should not be a problem with random disconnections in R6515, but you are saying that you can actually get the controller to respond to input now, yet it disconnects at the title screen?

Once this screen about Wiimote disconnected pops up, hit alt + f5 or go to tools in the Dolphin menu and select connect Wiimote 1. I'm not sure this will fix your problem, but i would like to know what happens after you do this.

Ok, they're probably not random, after trying to connect it after unconneting. (If I'm lucky.)
I can push whatever buttons I want, until they make any action (the exception is wii menu, which i can open/close as much as i want).
BUT when i push A, which does something (confirms menu etc), i'm screwed. It disconnects immediately after next screen pops up. So it looks like some desync between of responsed to wiimote about what happened [when it should vibrate etc? because sometimes in "freezes" directly in a vibration] ... I'm 99% sure there isn't something wrong with the A button itself (because it works normally in that Smoothboard and WiinMote).

EDIT: I've tried another games than zelda now. And they work better (pokemon battle revolution flawlessly, ygo wheelie breakers doesn't accept anything than A in menus). So this is maybe some zelda/dolphin bug than bad wiimote?

Have been trying another builds etc., and still nothing; unfortunately, I don't have access to another Wii Mote. :/

Does anyone at least have experience with some of those unofficial sold by deal extreme? Which one works ok, so I'd try some of them?

Same problem in new super mario bros here with random disconnects. Seems to be a dolphin's problem to me or likely software related like driver or something else....

Is there any specific driver for wii remote plus?
