Dolphin stops internet for itself and rest of computer

This started happening once I updated to 5.0 with windows 10. Whenever I open dolphin, my internet becomes unusable slow but is still considered connected. The problem persists until I restart my computer, even if Dolphin is closed. I've confirmed that this is the only program that does this and that dolphin works fine on other computers on the same network. Plz help
