Dolphin Stopped Working ?!

My Dolphin (3309 x64) has been working for a week
now all the sudden it just sits at 'Loading iso' with a black screen
I'm hoping its just a setting i need to fix
i am trying to play ssbm, and i know it is not a problem with the gcm file
because none of my gcm files are working now, nor are my original backups.

heres what it looks like. u can see it is still pulling system resources, so why is is stuck?!
