Dolphin stopped working

Hey guys, I'm having a problem playing games on Dolphin. I'm using the latest development version 4.0-1871. What happens is I could run the game once, but when I exit and try to start again, I get the "Dolphin stopped working" error. It used to work perfectly with my Paper Mario game, but when I tried my SSBM game, I found this this problem arises (for both games). The only change I have made, that I could think of, is updating my NVIDIA drivers to 337.88.

Update: This seems to be the problem on OpenGL. It works when I put it on Direct3D (Intel HD Graphics 4600), but when I put it on my NVIDIA card, it says "Failed to enumerate outputs".

Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-4700MQ 2.4GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 755m
8GB RAm

Current Nvidia beta drivers (340.xx) have this issue fixed. Also, the "Failed to enumerate outputs" message means you should follow the Laptop Performance Guide: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-laptop-performance-guide
