On my Snapdragon 855 plus phone, dolphin slows down more every time I run it. I'm running last version of Android 10. All settings are at stock on dolphin. When I freshly install it everything runs great. But when I adjust my CPU frequency to max on performance governor and re-run dolphin it slows down. I did root my phone with a custom blu_spark kernel. I adjust my CPU speeds with a CPU frequency app. My CPU temperature at max frequency is 122 F, so I don't think it's throttling. Whenever I uninstall dolphin and reinstall everything is good again. Any clue what's going on?

122 F is pretty significant. Your phone is probably throttling CPU speed to limit heat build up. Most of the time, you don't need to max out CPU speed(especially with the 855) to get good performance in dolphin. I would set the clu governor to normal and performance should be good after that.
