I have constant 100% 60fps but I still get this weird slowdown like everything is going slower than usual. Cant find a fix for this. im playing Project M, tried both a iso with project m and SD file with SD card reading both suffer. Ive been able to play without this kind of "slowdowns" before but this started happening since I made a new windows account and started using it. Anyone know if this is common and how to fix it?
