My spec is mid range
Operating System
MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i7 930 @ 2.80GHz 56 °C
Bloomfield 45nm Technology
RAM
6.0GB Triple-Channel DDR3 @ 539MHz (7-8-8-20)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. X58A-UD5 (Socket 1366)
Graphics
VX2235wm @ 1680x1050
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Hard Drives
977GB Western Digital WDC WD1002FAEX-00Z3A0 ATA Device (Unknown) 40 °C

And I lag horribly in games. I use the latest build in dolphin, and my settings are all optimized. I run on the lowest resolution.
Here are some fps's.
PBR: 20 fps during battles
Tatsunoko vs capcom: 25 fps average

Yeah, open up Turbo-boost monitor while you play and look at it, then post how high it goes. My CPU usually goes about 800Mhz above the starting 2.2Ghz with 2 cores.
Main Laptop:
Dell XPS 17
i7 2720QM @ 2.2GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 555M
Windows 7 64-bit
