Dolphin Side by Side Causes Shader Issues

Hi, when I try to run a game using side by side I get this error, but disabling Side by Side 3D vision seems to fix everything. I want to try playing these games in 3D and stream it to a Google Cardboard headset, but I can't figure out why there is a shader issue
