Since your CPU has unlocked multiplier, you can have free performance boosts by simply overclocking it. And which Mario Party title are you and your friends are going to play specifically (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)? Make sure you´re on lowest settings possible.

Remember your friends that all of you need to have the same build so netplay can work. And, if you don´t know exactly which are the lowest settings, post them all as screenshots for us to tell you.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Hey Thank you for your help!

I just tried new Settings:

Sound is nice, Graphic and FPS also, but are theese the best Settings for my PC? I tried 3 Games now: Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii, Mario Party 7 for GC(?), Mario Kart Double Dash (Wii), all are fine so far

We will play with 4 GameCube Controllers plugged into my PC with 2 Adapters (GC Controller Adapter For PC USB).
So i think we dont need a Network.

Thanks, man! Smile

First, if you've got Audio as your framelimit (which has been removed because it breaks stuff), you should really upgrade to the latest dev build, as it's faster and more accurate than whatever you're using.

Second, any game that has any difference between Slow LLE and fast HLE will crash with LLE on thread, so turn it off or switch to HLE.

Although Dolphin can't use SLI, so can only use half your GTX 690, it's still enough for something higher than 3x IR. Although 3x IR is effectively 1080p, putting it higher (or turning on AA) works as Anti-Aliasing, making things prettier, which is always nice. You'll have to experiment with the exact maximum on a per-game basis, though, as some use virtually no GPU power, and others use tons.

In all but a few games AF causes no performance impact and no bugs. However it does sometimes break stuff (check a game's wiki page if it looks wrong to see if this is why) and has minimal visual effect at super-high IR levels.

Lots of the Hacks in the Hacks tab have been removed in the latest dev, so just upgrade and I don't have to bother translating, and everything will work.

That's most of what I see that isn't standard.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Summarizing AnyOldName3's post to fix your issue: literally all your issues will be solved by changing the frame limit from Audio to auto, turning off LLE on separate thread, and then grabbing the latest dev build from here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Hey Smile

Its working. I just did what u guys told me, so far its seems like it works. FPS is round about 50-51 all the time.

I get Sound stuttering by playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl. In Champselect but its still playable with stuttering like one time in 2 Minutes.

Ty Guys.
