Dolphin Sensor Bar on Smart TV

Hi There,

i´m using my smart TV as external PC-Screen for gaming. Because I just need the LED´s from the bar, i wanted to plug it directly into the usb-Inputs from my TV. Otherwise, there will be a loooong cable through my room (and my girlfriend hate cables).
I´m also a bit confused when the Bar is plugged into the TV: I can sync the wiimote with Dolphin (software) and I can also sync the wiimote with the Dolphin Sensor Bar. But when it´s synced with the Bar, the Connection to the PC is lost.

Shortly said: Is there a possibility to use the Dolphin Sensor Bar plugged into an USB-Port not on the PC?

Assuming you mean a Mayflash DolphinBar, it depends on the hardware revision and the firmware revision. Some revisions will turn off the LEDs if no Wii Remote is connected to the DolphinBar, and others keep them turned on all the time.
