This thread hasn't been used in 2 (nearly 3) months, but here we go.
Game: Super Mario Sunshine 4x Internal Resolution, 8x AntiAliasing(AA), 16x Anisotropic Filtering Before I post the SMS pics, if you don't see beauty in these pics, you must be blind. Here's a pic of Mario Sunshine on 1x IR(Native Res) with no added graphics options/fixes[NOTE: The mud is messed up with Native Res for some reason, not sure of the fix but it's probably minor] Native Resolution, no graphical improvements[but fuzzy mud for some reason]: http://imgur.com/VEe8cw5 Now let's see the same place with 4X IR, 8X AA and 16x Anisotropic Filtering enabled: http://imgur.com/ZGj1eao The improvement is incredible(for me, anyway). Here's one more pic with the same upscaled settings: http://imgur.com/XAQXn9d Mario's character model above could easily pass for a Wii or a Wii U game. Might post Smash Bros. Brawl pics later. Or FIFA 13. For now, I hope the screenshots look as amazing as I think they look.
Meh I guess I will chime in with my MH3 playing on my computer with native IR and no enhancements
Things are a bit hard to make out and facial details forget about it http://imgur.com/iDokPHM so I bumped things up a bit with 4x IR 4x SSAA and 16x Aniso http://imgur.com/dyRJp4d Game looks much better and now I can actually see my characters face I decided to go past 4x ir to see if I can get an even better image so I decided to bump it up to x7 IR http://imgur.com/wHuOkNK as you can see the results are meh it's a bit sharper but I didn't notice it that much while actually playing but it did start to put a strain on my computer. Instead of a constant 30 fps like the previous setting when fighting a group of monsters I hit 24 fps so the performance impact isn't worth the small gain in quality.

Darkberry, there's no 7x IR setting in Dolphin. Well, not in the most recent versions, anyway.
But aside from that, here's another Mario Sunshine comparison. Here's a small piece of Mario Sunshine's Delfino Plaza in native res with no enhancements: http://i.imgur.com/8WIUHc3.png And here's that same place with 4x Internal Res, 8x AA, 16x Aniso Filtering and one or two options enabled to help it look better. http://i.imgur.com/mLxmenB.png Much better. Again, Mario in the above pic could pass for a Wii U game. That's how big a jump it is. From Sunshine being able to look like a Wii game in some situations, to being able to look like a Wii U game. 03-31-2015, 06:56 AM
There is 7x IR XD I am running dolphin 4.0-5942 it's just not in the settings you have to manually change the IR.

Some funky things going on but the textures are pretty nice.
Also please spoiler tag the images or simply link to them. Think of MaJoR. 05-04-2015, 12:23 AM
