Hi everyone,

I've noticed the Dolphin forums don't have any active thread to post very nice and impressive screenshots of games played in Dolphin. The rules of this thread are simple:
  • We want only the best of the best screenshots. Everyone can configure Dolphin to 4xIR and take a screenshot of the main menu of a game. We're looking for stuff that really looks good. Custom textures, Free Look, shader injectors like SweetFX, ... are encouraged!
  • At least 1080p
  • Upload your screenshot in PNG format, preferably on http://minus.com/ . No JPEG.
  • Tell us the name of the game and any details about how you took that screenshot (texture pack used, custom shaders used, etc.)
  • Discussion about a screenshot is allowed to a certain extent, but this is not a thread to argue about games, screenshots are the focus here.
  • Use spoiler tags or simply post a link to the image.

Posts that will not conform to these rules will be deleted. If your post contained a screenshot and you don't understand why it was deleted, PM me.

If you want to find examples of what are considered "nice, impressive screenshots", look at some of these recent posts from the Dolphin thread on the NeoGAF forums:
  • http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=47405584&postcount=9836
  • http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=47846408&postcount=9902
  • http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=47870866&postcount=9909

I will regularly take some of the screenshots I find here and post them to the Dolphin Facebook page. By default I'll credit you as your nickname on the Dolphin Forums, if you want to be credited as another name tell me in your post. Tens of thousands of people see the screenshots posted to the Facebook page and they love nice screenshots! Some of these screenshots will also be added to the media gallery on http://dolphin-emu.org/ or on the game wiki pages if we feel like it Smile

Have fun, and impress us with your screenshots!

It doesn't have to have custom texture packs or anything as long as it looks awesome, right?

Yep. High-res, anti-aliased screenshots can also look very good with some work Smile

Since delroth isn't willing to make it an actual rule, I'd like to kindly ask everyone to remember the hard life of a dialup user as well of what a mess reading the previous screenshots thread was on 1360x768 screens. Please, do us all a favor and use thumbnails for images :p

Will do neobrain.

All of these screenshots were taken at 3x IR with 8x MSAA (some had Disable Fog turned on). The game is Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

All your screenshots are awesome Smile I posted the Skyward Sword ones to our Facebook page (people love them!) and I'll probably add some of these to our website.
