Dolphin screen fog

Ok so when i open up dolphin in full screen mode and only full screen mode it does this I get a dark fog over the screen is there a way i can fix this (already tried adjusting my computer brightness on my graphics card settings since i'm running a desktop and turning HDR on/off)

Can you record a video with OBS or some other screen recorder of this happening. I'm not sure what you mean.

i tried just now and for some reason it looks fine in recordings and screenshots but on my actual screen its like my brightness is set to low
