Dolphin save states for wii games - not working

For a second generation game like Final fantasy 4 , the after years , the save state is loaded , but the character does not move ,

I have tried other games like resident evil umbrella chronicles and darkside chronicles and save states just dont work ?

Is there any fix for this ?
