If you've put Dolphin on a high-performance profile in the Nvidia driver settings, Dolphin's using that GPU (regardless of what Dolphin says it's using). If Dolphin performance is shit even if you've done that, it's likely that your laptop's CPU (or even the Nvidia GPU) is just not enough for Dolphin's high requirements (which is most likely the case – 325M + old Nehalem CPU, srsly?).
