Dolphin runs one time and after closing won''t start again

ok no problem, what i ment is that i openend dolphin.ini and changed the values of the following:

RenderWindowXpos = -1 to 0
RenderWindowYpos = -1 to 0
RenderWindowidth= 640 to 0
RenderWindowHeight= 480 to 0

Dolphin build came from the dolphin website, with install i mean extract the downloaded .zip file to a folder.
