Don't make us assume that you've done all of the steps you listed correctly. That's not the case in 90% of all issues, even when people think they've done stuff correctly :|

where did you even get your dolphin build from?
How do you "install" Dolphin?

Fyi, upload the Dolphin.ini (the one with which you get the issue) to some pastebin service and link to that here.
