Ok i''m sorry my first time posting this issue.
I have tried the following:
- re-installing the dolphin programm after the error
result: same thing, starts perfect the first time and runs games perfect but after closing the programm it will not start again. double clicking the programm (and also starting it in admin mode) results in the running circle from windows and the nothing. Also no error message.
- Have checked if the programm maybe already running in the background by checking the processe etc. but it is not in.
- By checking the intenet and this forum for solving this problem i have done the following (after checking a post from Guybrush_Three: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-dolphin-has-stopped-working-now-dolphin-is-ignoring-me)
- installing the newest Nvidia graphic drivers for my graphics card with no results.
- installing newest Divx drivers with no results
- installing newest Visual basic C++ drivers with no results
- changing the values in dophin.ini file with no results

_Nvidia driver issue . Some users (include me) had this problem with driver 302 . Update to latest beta/official driver might fix it
_Dolphin is blocked by some stupid programs like Anti-virus software , windows firewall
_Dolphin sit on taskbar and not show up . How to fix : Go to Dolphin folder (you must close dolphin when doing this) -> User\Config\Dolphin.ini . Find those lines (in the attachment) and change those number to "0" then save
So now i am left outoff options, hope this is enough info? if not please advise what you guys need
