A GPU driver bug, most likely.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

That’s sad, but it doesn’t really affect the gameplay, so it isn’t to bad I think

It's not a driver bug, it's a missing driver feature. I believe we have a workaround for this in one of the two graphics backends nowadays, so try switching graphics backend.

Hm, okay... OpenGL is the one that should be working, though. What version of Dolphin are you using?

Z5 Compact uses Snapdragon 810. That SoC is really really old and probably was left out with ancient GPU drivers, hence the graphical issues and buggy Vulkan support...
