Dolphin Running Slow

I've tried scanning the forums and have changed all the settings to those recommended for dolphin running slow. I'll attach screenshots but I'm begging to think it's my graphics processor, it runs games like animal crossing:city folk and mariokart fine, but some areas on legend of Zelda:twilight princess are unplayable, and sims castaway just gave up from the start. I was wondering if there's anything I can do to help dolphin run faster? thanks in advance

You CPU looks to be too slow and macOS is probably the slowest OS (other than android) due to poor OpenGL implementation. You also might want to check if you have the Twilight princess speed hack enabled in the games properties.

I figured it would be my laptop Sad thanks for the advice though, is this correct for activating the hack?

edit: I just found this forum, do you have any advice on how to enter this type of coding? I don't want to glitch my save

No.

There's no need to enter it - it's already included with Dolphin. In the Patches tab of the game properties of Zelda: Twilight Princess, you're supposed to see a line that says "Hyrule Field Speed Hack". Tick that.
