Dolphin running BETTER in 3D!?

Hi all,

Have been using dolphin for a good couple of years now and love it.

However, I thought for a laugh I'd give the SBS 3D mode a go. Oddly, in this mode everything runs smoother than in standard mode!?

I have an older revision of Dolphin set-up to run SMG2 perfectly, yet on the latest revision it doesn't run as well...switch to 3D though as it runs silky smooth!

Any idea why this sudden change? I'm scaling up to 1080p and none of the settings have changed other than 3D.
