Just what the subject says. The game doesn't appear to be lagging due to hardware restrictions, the movements are smooth, graphics are rendered properly, etc., it's just like everything is at about half speed of what it should be. I assumed that having an "Auto Frame Skip" option may fix it, but I can't seem to find that option, just a way to manually set a frame skip number. When I do this, the game is still running in slow motion, it just freezes every half second or so, I guess when it tries to skip a frame. I've tried doing everything I can think of, to include disabling rendering textures. Figured it can't run slow if it's not even rendering textures, but I could tell by the sound when I moved around that it was still running slow.
