I'd first like to start off by saying GOOD JOB! to all those helping to further this great emulator! I've just started using the dump textures and "hires textures" features and both features are WICKED!!! BUT i'm having an issue. when i make a transmap in the format tga, and have sections either black or white/red, the fully opaque sections aren't fully opaque. they have a mild transparency still to them. so in other words when i use say a texture map on any object, they all have a semi-transparent appearance on the sections that are supposed to be fully solid. it's almost like the 255 value for alpha is like 190 instead or something.
