Whenever I try to build Dolphin, it just fails at Image.cpp.

this is what it says about it. I have no trouble at any other step and I've followed all of the requirements in the build instructions like getting dependencies and making sure to use the proper versions of gcc and g++. I would use the ppa for Dolphin, but it hasn't updated in months because it fails to auto build on ubuntu 16.04. I can't upgrade to 18.04 because KDE Neon hasn't been updated
