My computer has a built-in Bluetooth adapter. It even recognizes a Wii remote when I open Dolphin, but after the LEDs blink for a brief moment, only 3 of the LEDs (P2, P3, and P4) remain lit. When I try to load up a game, I get face crossing message saying "Wiimote 1 Disconnected" even while the LEDs remain lit and still recognized by Windows. I ignored those messages but when the safety screen faded in and after mashing every possible button except the sync button, absolutely nothing happens. I have tried every possible and easy solution, but it turned out to be a plane ride instead of a walk. I've tried fiddling with the Bluetooth settings and with the controller settings in Dolphin (checking/unchecking "continuous scanning", pressing refresh, and alternating between a hybrid and real wiimote) and it didn't do jack. The HID Wiimote driver recognizes it, but it is useless for using it to communicate with Dolphin. I am not willing to purchase BlueSoleil just so I could connect a Wiimote and the alternative, Widcomm, won't even open setup after a 20 minute download. The tutorials I scavenged for online were either irrelevant, ineffective, confusing, or have a step that requires something I have no access to. I've wasted so many gigabytes using various "drivers" trying to get the freaking remote to work! I am getting extremely pissed off right now! If it can work in OSX, why can't it on Windows!? Has anyone had this problem? Because I can't find a single one who does! I need serious assistance!

You don't need to install anything, remove ANY drivers you have for wiimotes and just connect them in dolphin.
And remember to remove any and all pairing you have with the Wii Remote in the operating system, as they can interfere with Dolphin being able to connect with it!
Here is our tutorial if you need some more help: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/conf...Wiimote.22 AMD Threadripper Pro 5975WX PBO+200 | Asrock WRX80 Creator | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 FE | 64GB DDR4-3600 Octo-Channel | Windows 11 23H1 | (details)

Wait, I finally got it! I uninstalled the HID driver, then I switched to Wiimote 2 then back to Wiimote 1 and it finally worked! Thank you so much to whoever said "uninstall any Wiimote drivers"!
